Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our mission-driven team as a 1099 Independent Contractor providing in-home care. In this flexible, non-traditional nursing role, you'll work one-on-one with patients—primarily former energy workers—in the comfort of their homes. You’ll deliver skilled care, health education, and support that helps clients live with dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home nursing care and administer prescribed treatments.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes.
  • Educate patients and their families about medication, wellness, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed to ensure optimal care.
  • Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Active RN or LPN license
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to work independently and travel to patient homes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home health, hospice, or palliative care settings
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with the needs of the geriatric or energy worker populations

Additional Information

  • This is a 1099 contractor position (not a W-2 employee role)
  • You have the ability to set your own hours and caseload
  • No supervisory responsibilities
  • Travel required to clients’ home(s)

Pay Range

USD $35.00 - USD $37.00 /Hr.
