What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Experience with TIG (GTAW) welding – stainless, aluminum, titanium.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2 years of experience TIG (GTAW) welding.
- Proficiency in operating welding, machinery, tools, and related equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in varying conditions (e.g. heat, confined spaces, heights).
- Work may involve exposure to loud noises, fumes, and hot or cold temperatures.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) regularly.
