Job overview and responsibilities
The Associate Analyst - Inflight Scheduling Performance and Analysis will support the Inflight Resource Planning and Scheduling teams by gathering data and conducting analyses related to Inflight Crew Staffing and Operations Performance. The Associate Analyst position focus areas include but are not limited to: identifying and developing process improvement opportunities, supporting the data analytics development for the organization, and providing data driven business insights related to crew productivity, scheduler efficiencies, ops reliability, reserve crew utilization, strategic initiatives, and potential changes to labor agreements. The Associate Analyst owns the regular maintenance of reports and dashboards, will be expected to interact with all levels in the organization, seek out opportunities for process improvement, have strong technical and analytical background and be able to deliver results with limited supervision. A successful candidate will have a passion for data and analysis, attention to detail, strategic thinking and a strong work ethic. Organization and a drive for generating a high-quality output are keys for success in this role.
