Estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Soporte en Campo con experiencia sólida brindando soporte técnico a equipos Lenovo. Si te apasiona resolver problemas, trabajar en campo y ofrecer una experiencia técnica de primer nivel, ¡queremos conocerte!

🛠️ Responsabilidades principales

  • Brindar soporte en campo a usuarios finales para hardware y software de equipos Lenovo.
  • Documentar procesos, intervenciones y procedimientos técnicos.
  • Realizar seguimiento de garantías, reparaciones y casos abiertos.
  • Gestionar el contacto con proveedores y fabricantes.
  • Coordinar visitas, priorización y soporte con los ingenieros técnicos.
  • Apoyo administrativo asociado a solicitudes, reportes y cierres de servicio.

💼 Requisitos

  • 4 a 5 años de experiencia en soporte técnico presencial (hardware y software).
  • Experiencia comprobable con equipos Lenovo.
  • Conocimientos en documentación de procesos y gestión administrativa.
  • Capacidad para coordinar tareas con proveedores y áreas técnicas.
  • Técnico profesional en Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Residencia obligatoria en Montevideo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial de lunes a viernes (sin guardias).
