What success looks like in this role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integrations with third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, scripted web services, and MID Server integrations.
• Implement and support ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, or custom applications.
• Work on end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development.
• Maintain documentation of architecture, solutions, and processes.Ensure platform performance, scalability, and data integrity

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong expertise in Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide Script, and modern web technologies.
• Experience in integrating with platforms like Azure AD, Workday, SAP, or other enterprise tools is a plus.
