What success looks like in this role:

• Provides pre- and post-sales support for multiple areas.
• Reviews deals submitted in Salesforce.com for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinates order fulfillment.
• Ensures effective creation and submission of sales logs and reports.
• Works across functional areas such as account administration and finance to troubleshoot client or internal issues.
• Prepares sales performance and effectiveness documentation and reports for review by sales management and other interested stakeholders / parties.
• Provides data and tracking metrics to support determination of incentive / commission calculations.
• Supports implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

***MUST BE willing to be onsite 3 days a week at the client location in Richmond, VA
