Job Summary:

We are seeking a Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform. In this role you will be responsible for helping large global customers achieve their dynamic, productive, and innovative workplaces with exceptional technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive client facing workshops, create an end state roadmap designs and transformation plans in SharePoint and Microsoft Power platform domains.
• As the SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform Architect, you will be responsible for the migration of existing SharePoint legacy sites, forms, workflows, Power Apps and Power BI dashboards into SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop workflows, forms, and other business process automation solutions using Power Automate.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Supports delivery of Unisys Area of Strength portfolio strategy presentations to clients including features, implementation approach, technical requirements, impacts, and benefits.
• Responsibilities including solution design, risk analysis, proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Provides input to technical estimates created with standards tools, portfolio Work Breakdown, Structures, statements of work and industry standard estimating techniques.
• Adheres to architectural artifact requirements and architectural best practices.
• Participates in design peer reviews and internal project reviews.
• May assign and review tasks, mentor junior architects, manage performance feedback, and create development plans consistent with performing the role of team leader or project manager.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years of (SharePoint, SharePoint Online & Microsoft Power Platform) design, implementation, and transformation experience.
• Hands-on experience in developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Experience in scripting such as PowerShell and Microsoft SQL
• Knowledge of SharePoint security concepts, including user permissions, groups, roles, and SharePoint security best practices
• Sufficient exposure to clients across a variety of technologies, industries, and domains
• Strong communications skills with the ability to interface with all levels of internal and client project teams.
• Familiar with project management concepts including project scheduling, risk management, estimation (infrastructure estimation / IT Service estimation), Work Breakdown Structures, requirements management / traceability, Change Management, etc.
• Strong team and autonomous working with an outcome-oriented approach
• The ability to identify business requirements and the consulting skills required to develop effective solutions.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels up to CxO level.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Education & Experience:

• 12 years’ experience in a relevant Information Technology role with at least 6 years of experience directly designing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint & Microsoft Power Platform.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Teamwork Administrator Associate or Building Applications and Solutions with Microsoft 365 Core Services.
• Knowledge of underlying technologies such as Windows Operating Systems, network communications, firewalls, and other core technologies
• Experience working with global enterprises.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for management, automation, and troubleshooting of client environments preferred, especially PowerShell.
