Agente o Asesor de Servicios y agendamientos de Soporte especializado de Software y Hardware.
Experiencia de minimo 2 años en Servicio y atención a Usuarios, presencial o remoto, capacidad para redactar y diagnosticar casos puntuales de servicio presencial de Tecnologia.
En academia debe ser tecnico o tecnologo en areas de las TICs.
Disponibilidad horaria para turnos rotativos
