Supervisore Fiduciari Rami Elementari
Sede di lavoro: Bologna
Il ruolo prevede lo svolgimento delle seguenti attività:
- Effettuare il controllo tecnico degli elaborati prodotti dalla rete peritale;
- Garantire, mediante adeguata formazione e controllo, la coerenza dell’operato della rete peritale con lescelte di politiche liquidative;
- Gestire i rapporti con i fiduciari, monitorando rispetto del mandato, efficienza, risparmio e qualità, con particolare attenzione alla prevenzione di episodi fraudolenti.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Diploma o Laurea in discipline tecniche (Geometra, Architettura, Ingegneria o titoli affini).
- Esperienza (anche breve) in ambito assicurativo, preferibilmente nei rami elementari;
- Buona conoscenza delle normative di settore;
- Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici (Excel, database, gestionali assicurativi);
- Precisione, affidabilità e capacità di lavorare in team.
Rappresenta un requisito preferenziale per la selezione l’appartenenza alle categorie protette (ex art° 1 L. 68/99).
Il/la candidato/a in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito/a ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione; l’inquadramento e la retribuzione saranno commisurati all’esperienza professionale effettivamente maturata.

What you'll do
- The role involves technical control of documents produced by the claims network and ensuring compliance with liquidation policies through training and oversight. Additionally, it includes managing relationships with fiduciaries while monitoring efficiency and preventing fraudulent activities.
