About this role
UNA Italian Hospitality è la più grande catena alberghiera italiana attiva in Italia con 59 hotel, resort e residence distribuiti in 30 destinazioni e sta attualmente ricercando una persona da inserire, nel ruolo di RECEPTIONIST TURNANTE, all’interno della nostra struttura UNA HOTELS Naxos Beach Sicilia a Giardini Naxos (ME).
Nel ruolo di RECEPTIONIST TURNANTE, la Risorsa contribuirà a:
- Gestire le procedure di check-in, live-in e check-out, in linea con gli standard di Gruppo;
- Contribuire al buon funzionamento del reparto di Front Office, mantenendo un'attenzione costante all'esperienza dell'Ospite e rispondendo in maniera pronta e tempestiva alle sue richieste o anticipandone anche i bisogni;
- Rilevare la customer satisfaction;
- Svolgere attività amministrative supplementari;
- Promuovere i servizi della struttura con attività di upselling/crosselling.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
- Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e di un’eventuale seconda lingua;
- Capacità di lavoro in team e di gestione dello stress;
- Buona conoscenza degli applicativi informatici.
ORARIO:
- Turni diurni e notturni;
- Full time 40 ore settimanali - 5/7 giorni (lun - dom).

What you'll do
- The Receptionist Turnante will manage check-in and check-out procedures while ensuring a positive guest experience. They will also handle administrative tasks and promote hotel services through upselling and cross-selling.
