About this role
UNA Italian Hospitality è la più grande catena alberghiera italiana attiva in Italia con 59 hotel, resort e residence distribuiti in 30 destinazioni e sta attualmente ricercando una persona (appartenente alle Categorie Protette ex. art.1 L.68/99) da inserire, nel ruolo di LAVAPIATTI per inserimento all'UNA HOTELS Vittoria di Firenze (FI).
Nel ruolo di LAVAPIATTI, la Risorsa contribuirà a:
- Effettuare lavaggio delle stoviglie e attrezzature di cucina;
- Prestare supporto al servizio della linea breakfast, lunch o dinner;
- Verificare il corretto uso e mantenimento dei macchinari e dei materiali in dotazione;
- Svolgere le suddette attività nel rispetto di tutte le norme relative all’HACCP.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
- Esperienza di almeno 6 mesi in esperienza analoga;
- Capacità di lavoro in team e di gestione dello stress;
- Conoscenza del protocollo sanitario HACCP.
ORARIO:
- Part-time 21 ore settimanali.

What you'll do
- The Lavapiatti will be responsible for washing dishes and kitchen equipment, as well as supporting breakfast, lunch, or dinner service. They will also ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and materials while adhering to HACCP regulations.
