Controlling and Reporting Specialist

La figura ricercata, inserita nella struttura “Controllo di Gestione”, darà un importante contributo nella predisposizione della documentazione riguardante gli indicatori di andamento, sia tecnici che contabili.  La risorsa dovrà familiarizzare, a tale scopo, con il business assicurativo trasporti e con il funzionamento degli applicativi aziendali di gestione portafoglio premi, sinistri e riassicurazione. 

Principali attività

  • Predisposizione della reportistica necessaria alle chiusure mensili e trimestrali;
  • Predisposizione del budget, forecast e analisi degli scostamenti;
  • Analisi dei costi e della redditività (per prodotto/servizio, centro di costo, commessa);
  • Produzione della reportistica periodica a supporto alla direzione nelle decisioni strategiche;
  • Monitoraggio KPI economico-finanziari;
  • Collaborazione con area contabilità, finance e funzioni operative;
  • Generare analisi specifiche richieste da business e/o board aziendale.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o in discipline analoghe conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno due anni nel controllo di gestione presso azienda moderna e strutturata o in qualità di revisore legale/consulente;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel, di strumenti di reporting e di ERP (SAP, Oracle o equivalenti);
  • Gradita eventuale esperienza nel settore assicurativo.

Il candidato in possesso delle competenze richieste sarà inserito con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione.

La ricerca è rivolta a candidati ambosessi ai sensi della L. 903/77 e D.lgs. 198/2006.

Rappresenta requisito preferenziale per la selezione l’appartenenza alle categorie protette (ex art° 1 L. 68/99).
