About this role
UNA Italian Hospitality è la più grande catena alberghiera italiana attiva in Italia con 59 hotel, resort e residence distribuiti in 30 destinazioni e sta attualmente ricercando una persona da inserire nel ruolo di COMMIS DI SALA (PART-TIME 20 H) all’interno dell'UNA Hotels Galles Milano (MI).
Nel ruolo di COMMIS DI SALA, la Risorsa contribuirà a:
- Preparare la Mise en place dei tavoli del Ristorante e del Buffet colazioni;
- Accogliere gli Ospiti;
- Raccogliere le comande degli Ospiti;
- Effettuare preparazioni di caffetteria calda: caffè, cappuccini, the ecc..;
- Garantire un adeguato rifornimento del buffet delle colazioni;
- Sistemare la sala ristorante ed i tavoli per il servizio successivo.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
- Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo;
- Elevato senso di autonomia operativa;
- Capacità di gestione dello stress.
ORARIO:
- Turni diurni e serali;
- Part-time 20 ore settimanali - 5/7 giorni.

What you'll do
- The Commis di Sala will prepare the restaurant and breakfast buffet tables, welcome guests, take their orders, and ensure the buffet is adequately stocked. Additionally, they will set up the restaurant for subsequent service.
