UNA Italian Hospitality è la più grande catena alberghiera italiana attiva in Italia con 59 hotel, resort e residence distribuiti in 30 destinazioni e sta attualmente ricercando una persona da inserire, nel ruolo di CHEF DE RANG, all’interno dell'UNA HOTELS Empire situato a Roma (RM).
Nel ruolo di CHEF DE RANG, la Risorsa contribuirà a:
- effettuare accoglienza, assistenza e gestione interna del cliente;
- prestare supporto al servizio;
- supportare l’Ospite al fine di vivere al meglio l’esperienza in sala;
- rimpiazzare la sala;
- avere cura della mise en place;
- gestire la cassa.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
- Empatia e predisposizione al Cliente;
- Italiano Madrelingua e Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese;
- Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ruolo analogo;
- Capacità di lavoro in team e di gestione dello stress;
- Conoscenza del protocollo sanitario HACCP.
ORARIO:
Full time 40 ore settimanali - 5/7 giorni (lun - dom).
Turni di lavoro spezzati diurni e serali.

What you'll do
- The Chef de Rang will welcome, assist, and manage customer interactions while ensuring a high-quality dining experience. Responsibilities include managing the dining area, setting up tables, and handling cash transactions.
