UNA Italian Hospitality è la più grande catena alberghiera italiana attiva in Italia con 59 hotel, resort e residence distribuiti in 30 destinazioni e sta attualmente ricercando uno/una CHEF DE RANG per l'UNA Cusani di Milano (MI).
IL/LA CANDIDATO/A SI OCCUPERA’ DI:
- effettuare accoglienza, assistenza e gestione interna del cliente;
- prestare supporto al servizio;
- supportare l’Ospite al fine di vivere al meglio l’esperienza in sala;
- rimpiazzare la sala;
- avere cura della mise en place;
- gestire la cassa.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
- Empatia e predisposizione al Cliente;
- Italiano Madrelingua e Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese;
- Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ruolo analogo;
- Capacità di lavoro in team e di gestione dello stress;
- Conoscenza del protocollo sanitario HACCP.
ORARIO:
- Turno unico diurno o serale;
- Full-time, 5/7 giorni (lun/dom).

What you'll do
- The Chef de Rang will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers, managing internal customer relations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Additional duties include setting up the dining area and managing the cash register.
