UNA Italian Hospitality è la più grande catena alberghiera italiana attiva in Italia con 58 hotel, resort e residence distribuiti in 30 destinazioni e sta attualmente ricercando un/una BARMAN/BARLADY per l'UNA HOTELS GALLES di Milano.
IL/LA CANDIDATO/A SI OCCUPERA’ DI:
- supportare l’Ospite nel vivere al meglio l’esperienza al Bar;
- assicurare al cliente la migliore accoglienza e assistenza, svolgendo anche attività di public relation e di promozione dei servizi dell’Albergo;
- gestire ed organizzare il banco del bar e la sua sala;
- servire prodotti di caffetteria, cocktail, digestivi;
- organizzare e gestire gli aperitivi;
- servire la piccola carte del bar per spuntini a pranzo.

- Tempo determinato di 1 anno con possibilità di trasformazione a tempo INDETERMINATO (CCNL SETTORE TURISMO);

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
- Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese e di un’eventuale seconda lingua;
- Capacità di lavoro in team e di gestione dello stress;
- Buona conoscenza degli applicativi informatici.
ORARIO:
- Turni diurni e serali;
- Full time 40 ore settimanali - 5/7 giorni (lun - dom).

What you'll do
- The candidate will support guests in enjoying their bar experience and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing the bar area, serving beverages, and organizing events.
