Addetto Recuperi Cauzioni

Il profilo ricercato, si occuperà di valutare le richieste di escussione delle polizze fideiussorie, istruendone la pratica, valutando la liquidabilità e l’importo della stessa e provvedendo ai tentativi di recupero delle somme eventualmente liquidate.
In particolare, sarà incaricato di:
Esaminare le richieste di escussione per valutarne l’ammissibilità;
Quantificare le somme ragionevolmente dovute al beneficiario anche nell’ottica di trattare un pagamento transattivo;
Gestire il recupero delle somme liquidate in capo al contraente ed eventuali coobbligati;
Gestire i rapporti con i fiduciari incaricati delle fasi giudiziali della liquidazione e/o recupero del credito.
Requisiti richiesti:
Laurea triennale in ambito Giuridico conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
Rappresenta requisito preferenziale per la selezione una precedente esperienza professionale (almeno 2 anni) in attività di recupero crediti maturata presso studi legali, banche o società del credito;
Buone capacità relazionali e problem solving;
Precisione e orientamento al risultato.

Il candidato in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione.

What you'll do
- The candidate will evaluate requests for the execution of surety policies, instructing the practice and assessing the liquidability and amount. They will also manage the recovery of sums paid out and handle relationships with fiduciaries involved in judicial phases.
