Propósito de la posición:

Validar e implementar mejoras en líneas/procesos para el establecimiento de condiciones básicas operativas en la planta y disminución de desperdicios, a través de herramientas de mejora continua.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Generar, procesar, analizar e interpretar los datos del proceso de producción para la identificación de pérdidas (eficiencia, desperdicios, movimientos), con la finalidad de proponer planes de acción que generen la eliminación de estas. Brindar seguimiento a los diferentes planes de acción para asegurar su ejecución y cierre. Implementar mejoras en equipos y procesos. Utilizar las herramientas de mejora continua en procesos y equipos para analizar perdidas y corregirlas.

Mejorar el indicador de eficiencia y productividad OEE/OLE, mediante estudios y herramientas de mejora continua para su análisis. Implementar proyectos o mejoras que afecten los indicadores de planta: OEE/OLE/Indicadores de calidad.

Requisitos Principales:

  • 2 años de experiencia en manufactura
  • Experiencia en planta
  • Excel
  • PBI

Requisitos Deseables:

  • Tecnologías de los procesos (mecánica, eléctrica, Mantenimiento, EEM)
  • Manufactura continua a partir de TPM (Herramientas / Metodología)
  • Análisis y optimización
  • Ingeniería de procesos
  • Entrega e implementación de resultados por medio de innovación
  • Optimización y gestión de procesos
  • Aplicación de los principios de rendimiento industrial en manufactura
