Business Context & Main Purpose of the Role
Oral Care Vietnam is one of the strategic growth engines for Personal Care in Vietnam and across Greater Asia (Vietnam, Philippines, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos). The category is at an inflection point — with strong potential to expand premiumization, while strengthening the core, and win in digital commerce through purposeful brand building and social-first demand creation.
The Category Lead for Oral Care Viet Nam is accountable for driving the end-to-end growth agenda — shaping strategy, leading innovation, and driving in-market execution to deliver consistent, sustainable, competitive and profitable growth.
The role will also act as GA Category Champion to represent GA in the Global Oral Care Leadership Network — contributing market insights, shaping GA innovation and communication strategies, and scaling best practices across markets.
