Coordinador de SHE
Location: Colombia, HUB PALMIRA
Objetivo del Cargo:
Gestionar y ejecutar los programas de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la planta Palmira, en articulación con áreas asociadas a los procesos y en cumplimiento de los estándares Unilever y la normativa legal aplicable. El rol requiere habilidades para liderar un trabajo interdisciplinario e influir en las personas y posiciones operativas, consolidando una cultura sólida en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SHE).
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Co-liderar el Pilar de Seguridad bajo la metodología de mejora continua de Unilever.
- Liderar los programas core de seguridad para el site.
- Movilizar indicadores preventivos en las categorías asignadas para evitar accidentes.
- Gestionar el cierre de riesgos y sus contenciones en su categoría.
- Implementar y garantizar los estándares de sistemas de gestión de seguridad asignados.
- Custodiar la matriz de competencias y plan de desarrollo de entrenamiento para fortalecer la cultura SHE en la fábrica.
- Asegurar rutinas de presencia y movilización en planta para la gestión del riesgo.
Requisitos del Cargo:
- Educación: Profesional en Ingeniería Ambiental, Industrial, Mecánica, Química o carreras afines.
- Especialización: Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
- Licencia: Vigente en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
- Experiencia:
- Mínimo 3 años en roles de liderazgo o afines en SST en plantas de manufactura de consumo masivo.
- Experiencia en gestión ambiental, seguridad y salud ocupacional.
- Conocimientos específicos:
- Sistemas integrados de gestión SHE en plantas de manufactura.
- Manejo de brigadas de emergencia y trabajos de alto riesgo.
- Metodologías de evaluación de riesgos SHE.
- Gestión de seguridad de contratistas.
- Legislación local ambiental y SST.
- Nivel de inglés: Intermedio.

What you'll do
