Job Summary

As a CBD Assistant Manager for H&B/Discounter channels, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of Unilever's business within key health & beauty and discount retail accounts in Korea. You will contribute to achieving sales targets, implementing category strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Manage team-wide revenue and profit and loss metrics
Communicate with buyers, manage PO order, all process related with customers

Quarterly strategy establishment → Process check and market analysis response strategy

Create and sell OY (or H&B) fit promotion packs

Establish a win-win strategy for shared growth with customers

Annual management planning by product path and product portfolio construction, volume expansion

Establishment of advance promotions by monthly route, market conditions of competitors, and market research

Forecasting monthly sales volume for direct channel and managing SOH (Stock On Hand) to meet the demand

Continuous cross function collaboration to drive marketing in on/offline stores

Analyse H&B market and customer / brand competitors

Manage all product marketing creation tasks (GWPs, banner creation, KVs and etc)

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
+ 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fluent in Korean and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
