DAS WERDEN DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN SEIN
Du lernst, wie unsere Endprodukte aus hochwertigen Rohstoffen hergestellt werden und wie du dabei sorgfältig und präzise arbeitest
Du eignest dir an, Rohstoffe und fertige Produkte zu prüfen und deren Qualität fachgerecht zu beurteilen
Du wirst Schritt für Schritt in die Bedienung unserer komplexen Maschinen‑ und Fertigungsanlagen eingearbeitet und lernst, diese sicher zu steuern
Du erfährst, wie man einen gesamten Herstellungsprozess überwacht, Abläufe kontrolliert und bei Bedarf eingreift
Zusätzlich bekommst du Einblicke in viele weitere abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben im Produktionsumfeld und baust dir ein breites Verständnis für moderne Produktionsabläufe auf
ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATIONEN
Du hast einen guten Realschulabschluss (Mittlere Reife) oder eine höhere schulische Qualifikation
Du hast Interesse an naturwissenschaftlichen Fächern und guten Leistungen in Biologie, Chemie und Mathematik
Du hast Spaß daran, mit computergesteuerten Anlagen und moderner Technik zu arbeiten
Du besitzt Technisches Verständnis und die Bereitschaft, dich in neue Prozesse einzuarbeiten
Du hast die Motivation, auch im Schichtbetrieb zuverlässig zu arbeiten

What you'll do
- You will learn how to produce end products from high-quality raw materials and how to work carefully and precisely. Additionally, you will be trained in operating complex machinery and monitoring the entire manufacturing process.
