  • Ensure shipments and processes align with company policies and transportation regulations (including DOT requirements)
  • Track performance at the shipment and carrier level to support service quality and operational goals
  • Contribute to process improvements and help the team operate more efficiently over time
  • Pitch in on additional tasks as needed to support the team’s success

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years of professional experience; transportation or logistics experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort making decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as conditions change
  • Clear, confident communicator who works well with a team
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and ways of working

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Occasional Saturday shift (approximately once per quarter), with adjusted hours during that week
  • On-site during initial training (approximately 3–4 weeks)
  • Hybrid work model after training, with increased on-site presence during peak season (typically beginning mid-May)
  • Team-oriented environment with high accountability and strong collaboration
