About this role

Team Partners must pay close attention to detail when it comes to matching sku numbers. This position involves counting inventory and cycling inventory in and out off the shelves. Team Partners must be willing to utilize power equipment.

  • Responsible for completing accurate and timely cycle count functions in both case reserve and active storage areas on a rotating basis.
  • Responsible for supporting process areas with inventory and quality issues as needed.
  • In order to count case reserve will be trained in powered industrial equipment such as the manup. In order to safely operate the man-up employee must be no taller than 77” or 6’4”. Due to the high bay area must be comfortable with working in heights up to 40 feet.
  • Responsible for supporting process areas with inventory and quality issues as needed. Will be required to work overtime as necessary. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
  • Must be willing and able to actively participate in plant-wide safety activities


Experience

  • One or more years of related experience preferred

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Additional Requirements

  • Computer Proficiency preferred
  • Must possess the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, which includes the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instruction.
  • Requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Possess the ability to hear, talk, see, and distinguish between colors.
  • In addition, this position requires cross-training in other areas of the facility.
