Purpose of Role

Under Armour Europe Retail is looking for a talented professional to join their team in sales. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper relationship with field and buying groups, drive the sell in every season. This role will work cross functional with Marketing, VM, store design, finance and must have very transparent and good communication.   Is crucial that have the capacity to analyze the sell out and drive the proper actions to address the inventory wos, have the right planification and be responsible of the revenue of the Key accounts.

Your Impact

  • Oversee end-to-end sales process for a set group of accounts (e.g., sell-in, sell-out, assortment selection, in-season orderbook management)
  • Create and update strategic account plans and hold cross-functional strategic meetings
  • Analyze sell through data throughout the season and take responsibility for profitability success of accounts
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products at trade fairs, virtual and 1-1 sales meetings
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinates the involvement of company teammates, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year periods.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Closely work with the Spain sales organization, as part of the same region

Qualifications

  • Strong retail math acumen, including elements of inventory productivity measures (weeks of supply, sell-through, etc)
  • Proficiency at analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data; with the ability to synthesize information and translate into effective and actionable insights
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver projects and results within timelines
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.  The ability to present information in a clear, concise and complete manner.
  • Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, innovative and collaborative attitude
  • Sense of urgency and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Have the right skills for manage people building a team according to UA values.

 

EXPERIENCE - SR. PROFESSIONAL

  • Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience
  • Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or
  • Typically, 9 years of relevant work experience without degree.

Base Compensation

 €51,942.80-€64,928.49 EUR

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
