We are currently developing our MVP and navigating licensing requirements, with a multidisciplinary team of 100+ people representing 20+ nationalities. What You'll Do

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing product, user, financial, and risk-related data in a regulated fintech environment. You will help the team make data-driven decisions, generate insights for product development, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Product & User Analytics

  • Analyze user behavior within the money platform (onboarding, KYC, transactions, retention, churn).
  • Build and maintain product metrics (MAU/DAU, conversion funnel, cohort analysis).
  • Analyze the usage of crypto and fiat products (wallets, transfers, trading, cards).

Financial & Transaction Analytics

  • Analyze fiat and crypto transactions (volume, frequency, fees, revenue).
  • Monitor anomalies and suspicious patterns; support fraud, AML, and risk teams.
  • Prepare analytics for financial forecasting and product unit economics.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Support reporting for regulatory and internal requirements (KYC, AML, transaction monitoring).
  • Work with data in compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other financial standards.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability.

Data & Stakeholder Management

  • Translate business requests into clear analytical tasks.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for product, business, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Backend teams on data structures and event tracking.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Product Analyst (preferably in FinTech, Banking, or Crypto).
  • Strong SQL skills (complex queries, CTEs, window functions).
  • Experience with analytical databases and DWHs (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar).
  • Experience building dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar).
  • Understanding of product and financial metrics.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with unstructured requirements.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level (working with documentation and international teams).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in crypto projects (blockchain data, wallets, exchanges, on-chain/off-chain analytics).
  • Understanding of banking processes: payments, card operations, settlements.
  • Knowledge of AML, fraud detection, and risk scoring basics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
