Darba apraksts
Tavi galvenie uzdevumi:
- Organizēt un koordinēt materiālu apriti (pieņemšana, uzglabāšana, nosūtīšana);
- Sekot līdzi krājumu pārvaldībai un veikt regulāras inventarizācijas;
- Vadīt un atbalstīt noliktavas komandu, sadalot uzdevumus un nodrošinot raitu darba plūsmu;
- Rūpēties par darba drošību un uzturēt drošības procedūras;
- Koordinēt noliktavas tehnikas un aprīkojuma apkopi un remontus;
- Sadarboties ar kolēģiem no citām nodaļām (pārdošana, projektēšana u.c.), lai klientu pasūtījumi tiktu izpildīti precīzi un laikā;
- Uzlabot noliktavas izkārtojumu un iekšējās loģistikas procesus;
- Sagatavot nepieciešamo dokumentāciju un atskaites par noliktavas darbu;
- Nodrošināt, lai noliktavas darbs atbilst uzņēmuma politikai un normatīvajiem aktiem.
Kvalifikācijas

- Pieredzi noliktavas vai loģistikas vadībā;
- Izpratni par krājumu pārvaldību un loģistikas procesiem;
- Spēju vadīt, iedvesmot un saliedēt komandu;
- Prasmi strādāt ar iekrāvēju un citu noliktavas tehniku;
- Labas organizatoriskās prasmes un spēju risināt problēmas;
- Pārliecinošas datorprasmes (noliktavas sistēmas, MS Office);
- Zināšanas par būvniecības nozari (uzskatīsim par priekšrocību);
- Latviešu un angļu valodas prasmes, krievu valodas izpratni;

What you'll do
- The Warehouse Supervisor will organize and coordinate material flow, manage inventory, and lead the warehouse team. They will also ensure safety procedures are followed and collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
