Stellenbeschreibung
In dieser Schlüsselposition im Division Controlling von umdasch The Store Makers übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Steuerungsfunktion innerhalb eines internationalen Konzerns. Sie agieren als kompetente/r Sparringspartner/in für unsere Tochtergesellschaften und begleiten strategisch wichtige Wachstums- und Akquisitionsprojekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus.
Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung sowie proaktive betriebswirtschaftliche Unterstützung von Tochtergesellschaften
- Mitarbeit und fachliche Verantwortung in länderspezifischen Sonderprojekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Akquisitionsteam bei Firmenübernahmen inkl. fachlicher Unterstützung entlang des gesamten Akquisitionsprozesses (u. a. Financial Due Diligence, Unternehmensbewertungen, Szenario- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen)
- Verantwortung für das Post-Merger-Controlling nach erfolgten Akquisitionen
- Sicherstellung der finanziellen Transparenz sowie konsequente Nachverfolgung der im Akquisitionsprozess definierten Ziele und Synergien
Qualifikationen
Das sollten Sie mitbringen:
- Souveräne, kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung und der Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling oder Accounting bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige (mind. 3 Jahre), fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem internationalen Konzern, idealerweise im Konzern- oder Beteiligungscontrolling
- Stark ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, strategisches Zahlenverständnis sowie hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Strukturierte, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungsstärke
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Hohe IT- und Systemaffinität sowie sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; SAP-Kenntnisse (FI/CO) von Vorteil
