Diese Funktion begleitet Projekte von der Entwicklung über die Lieferantenabnahme bis zur hausinternen Qualitätsprüfung und trägt wesentlich zur Lieferantenqualität, Prozesssicherheit und Kundenzufriedenheit bei.
Stellenbeschreibung
- Qualitätsprüfungen und Abnahmen
Durchführung von Prüfungen bei Lieferanten (v. a. Südosteuropa) und an USMLB-Standorten, inkl. Berichterstellung.
- Reklamations- und Mängelerfassung
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Fehleranalysen und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
- Mitwirkung bei der Lieferantenentwicklung und Schulung
Bewertung, Schulung und Verbesserung der Qualität bei Lieferanten.
- Prozessoptimierung und Zusammenarbeit
Enge Abstimmung mit internen Bereichen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Qualitätsprozessen.
Qualifikationen
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischlereitechniker:in, Tischlermeister:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Holztechnik
- Du bist bereit regelmäßige Reisetätigkeiten durchzuführen
- Du bist zuverlässig, sorgfältig und teamorientiert
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in Holzwerkstoffen, Möbelkonstruktion und Oberflächentechnik
- Du kannst dich in englischer Sprache verständigen und idealerweise auch in einer slawischen Sprache (z. B. Polnisch, Tschechisch, Kroatisch)
- Du bist fit am PC und im Umgang mit Softwaresystemen sowie ERP-Systemen

Für diese Position - zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt - bieten wir nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ein Bruttojahresgehalt von Euro 47.500 brutto jährlich. Je nach Qualifikation und relevanter Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung selbstverständlich.
