Stellenbeschreibung
- Kaufmännische Gesamtverantwortung für zwei Standorte
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)
- Betreuung aller Unternehmensbereiche innerhalb der Niederlassung bei kaufmännischen sowie operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen/Entscheidungen
- Unterstützung des Vertriebes im Rahmen von Verhandlungen bei komplexen Projekten
- Sicherstellung der kaufmännischen Projektabwicklung, Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Neugestaltung sowie Optimierung der kaufmännischen Prozesse durch Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Arbeitsgruppen
- Schnittstellenverantwortung zwischen Kunden, technischer Abteilung und Vertrieb
- Nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung des kaufmännischen Bereiches als interner Servicedienstleister mit Fokus auf Flexibilität und Veränderungsbereitschaft
- Überwachung von Kennzahlen und Nachverfolgung der vereinbarten Ziele und laufenden Projekte
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches/ betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern (m/w/d)
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Unternehmerisches Denken und ergebnisorientiertes, leistungsstarkes Handeln
- Ausgeprägte Vertriebsaffinität sowie eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Begeisternde/r Chancendenker/-in sowie Teamplayer
- Bereitschaft, auch „die operative Perspektive“ einzunehmen
- Erfahrung in der Vermietung von Investitionsgütern von Vorteil
