Hiring Range: $375,000 - $450,000

The Department of Radiation Oncology UMass Memorial Medical Group is recruiting for a Radiation Oncologist to join our dynamic UMass team! We welcome and support physician caregivers from all Academic Ranks to apply and join us in our relentless pursuit of healing.

About our Division:

  • The department of Radiation Oncology is one of the largest in New England, provide state-of-the-are clinical treatment to cancer patients in Worcester County.
  • Delivers more than 34,000 external tele-therapy treatments to patients each year at 8 clinical facilities
  • Using image guided platforms with three-dimensional treatment simulators for treatment planning and execution, the department provides extensive brachytherapy services including genitourinary and gynecological applications to patients
  • The Department of Radiation Oncology provides Radiation services at 5 hospital location. Current facilities include 7 Varian linacs supported by ARIA/Eclipse including HDR units and dedicated CT-simulation scanners throughout the network.

Caregiver Requirements:

  • MD, DO or DO/PhD, MD/PhD, board-eligible or board-certified Radiation Oncologist
  • The Candidates must have completed their residency in an ACGME-accredited radiation oncology program and/or fellowship in an accredited US training program and have a track record of excellence in clinical care. Candidate specific requirement
