Founding Member of Technical Staff (Software)

We're seeking a Founding Member of Technical Staff (Software) to join our core founding team. You'll work on $10M+ contracts with facilities containing 200,000+ GPUs, building the software systems that secure the world's most critical AI infrastructure. What You'll Build: Formal Verification Systems: Design and implement formal verification of software elements for our FPGA-based security switches, ensuring mathematical guarantees about system security properties. ML Integration Platform: Create integrations and SDKs that allow ML engineers to work seamlessly with our security stack from Python and other ML environments, making security invisible to AI researchers. Confidential Computing Integration: Build deep integration with Confidential Computing and Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), bridging hardware security primitives with software applications. Data Center Systems Engineering: Engineer solutions that work within the complex network topology of frontier data centers, handling routing, flow control, and integration with existing infrastructure. Your Journey: Months 1-3: Customer Discovery & Prototyping You'll work directly with our data center partner and AI clients to understand their security requirements and integration constraints. This is hands-on customer development - understanding how AI training works, where vulnerabilities exist, and what solutions will actually be deployed. Months 4-12: Production Engineering Transition from prototypes to production systems that can secure facilities with hundreds of thousands of GPUs. Scale up production capabilities to deliver performant & secure integrated solutions by mid-2026. Beyond Year 1: Global Scale If we succeed, you'll be architecting security systems running on tens of millions of GPUs globally, protecting the infrastructure that powers AGI development.
