Position Responsibilities
Manage a team of 3 to 5 developers, guiding and coaching them in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.
Provide technical direction and guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
Work with cross-functional Agile teams to align technology design with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
2+ years of people management experience with a strong background in programming languages such as Java, Angular or JavaScript.
Experience developing a team and managing full project lifecycles.
Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
