Position Responsibilities
Support and administer enterprise applications, including Robotic Process Automation, NiCE Workforce Management and OpenText Exstream.
Build integrations and automate workflows using modern scripting tools like PowerShell, Ansible and JavaScript.
Partner with business teams to understand their needs and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve systems and processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
2+ years of experience with scripting, troubleshooting and automation.
Experience with NiCE and OpenText is a plus.
Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
