Supplier Master Data Supervisor - Supplier Management & Compliance

About this role
- Supervises, coordinates, provides leadership to, and reviews the work of assigned SMD staff.
- Assigns work to meet deadlines in accordance with schedules fixed by higher supervision.
- Develops, recommends, and implements work methods and procedures in areas of responsibility. Prepares reports concerning section activities.
- Technology business lead (SME) supporting the tools and technology that enables supplier onboarding
- Responsible for Supplier data migration for new acquisitions and mergers
- Acts as the liaison with Internal Audit and SOX compliancy team to support global SMD audits and monthly SOX control reviews
- Collaborate with other departments and organizations to resolve operational issues (AP, Finance, Business requestors etc).
- Provide reports and monitor KPIs around health of Supplier Master Data, including highlighting exceptions or red flags and request turnaround time.
- Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counselling, feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
- Read and follow the UL Business Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices
- Performs other duties as directed.
