Coordinate laboratory activities, prepare data sheets and instructions, and oversee technician schedules.
Analyze product compliance and report deviations or changes in scope.
Prepare technical reports, Follow-Up Service Procedures, and maintain frequent client communication.
Support the development of UL standards, test methods, and equipment.
Represent UL at industry events such as seminars and trade shows.
Integrate continuous improvement practices into all aspects of the role.
Uphold UL’s Code of Conduct and ensure compliance with physical and digital security protocols.
