About this role

En este puesto, serás el puente entre nuestros clientes y los departamentos de UL, asegurando una comunicación fluida y eficiente. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Atención al Cliente: Recibir consultas de clientes a través de diversas fuentes (teléfono y correo electrónico), responder preguntas y resolver problemas individuales.
  • Gestión de Relaciones: Coordinar y desarrollar relaciones con los clientes, abrir nuevos proyectos y apoyar la comunicación entre los clientes y los departamentos de UL.
  • Recopilación de Información: Recoger información sobre el producto del cliente, identificar el sector que realizará el trabajo y comunicar los compromisos de tiempo de finalización.
  • Priorización de Necesidades: Determinar cualquier requisito especial y obtener la información necesaria para abrir el proyecto.
  • Organización de Datos: Clasificar y segmentar la información del cliente, introducir datos nuevos o actualizados en la base de datos utilizando el sistema de gestión de relaciones con el cliente (CRM).
  • Soporte Administrativo: Realizar la entrada de datos y actualizar varios sistemas y bases de datos según sea necesario.
  • Asistencia No Técnica: Proporcionar apoyo a las solicitudes no técnicas de los clientes, incluidas consultas de facturación, solicitudes de servicio y información general de UL.
  • Entrega de Documentos: Reunir todos los informes y documentos necesarios para enviarlos al cliente en un paquete completo, hacer seguimiento de las preocupaciones, informar al cliente de la certificación y cerrar el proyecto.
  • Mejora Continua: Participar activamente en equipos para mejorar continuamente e impulsar la calidad del servicio al cliente.
