The position is based in our Sofia office and operates under a hybrid working model, with three days onsite and two days remote.


Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process and Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects;
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics;
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets;
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation;
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues;
Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership;
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate controls;
Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date;
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and retrospectives;
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
Proven experience managing projects from start to finish;
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).

Preferred Qualifications
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent);
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments;
Experience managing cross-functional or remote teams (in a project setting);
Industry-specific experience (e.g., software, finance).
