About the Opportunity
UJA is seeking a highly disciplined, strategic, and data-driven Director, Marketing to lead the marketing engine for our mass donor portfolio (donors under $10,000).
This is a role for a marketer who thrives in direct sales, CPG, performance marketing, or D2C environments, where segmentation, channel specificity, disciplined planning, and measurable revenue outcomes drive success. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Brand, you will build and execute the annual revenue-driving marketing plan for this segment, ensuring that every tactic — from digital to direct mail to events — ladders up to a unified fundraising strategy.
You will lead both the strategy and execution behind our mass donor marketing ecosystem, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience on the right channel with the right.

* This is a full-time permanent position. Salary Range: $100,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience. At UJA we support a flexible work schedule and all of our employees engage in hybrid work. In addition to a rich time off policy, UJA’s offices are closed on all Jewish holy days (yom tov) and we support early office closures to observe the Jewish Sabbath (Shabbat).
