The Social Worker provides quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to all patient populations and their families while serving as a member of the interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assuring the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families. The Social Worker participates as a member of the treatment team in developing treatment plans and with the UM staff communicating pertinent information to family, payer, and/or external case managers.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in behavioral health Field (e.g. Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) required
- Current HWC and CPR Certification
- Current Tennessee Driver’s License
- TN SW Licensure and NASW membership preferred
- 2 years’ experience in Mental Health preferred
