Full Time Position
6:45pm-7:15am
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, sits with patients to provide a safe environment for individuals who need constant observation. The sitter will provide only basic care needed for activities of daily living and diversionary activities.
Qualifications
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Necessary Skills:
1. Ability to write/read in English.
2. Knowledge of standard precautions.
3. Ability to recognize emergency situations.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and awareness of ethical and legal responsibilities.
Preferred Licensure/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
