About this role

Overview

The Department Applications Specialist is an experienced professional with strong computer proficiency and exceptional customer service skills. This role is responsible for accurately scheduling patients, updating and maintaining information within the PHS systems, and ensuring all system changes required by supported Modalities are implemented. The Specialist also provides support to Centralized Scheduling and Pre-registration/Certification teams as directed by Leadership. This position plays a key role in enhancing patient and customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient workflows and accurate data management.
