FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION: Complies with set safety standards while performing essential job functions. Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety. Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repairs. Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems. Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.

Education and Experience Requirements: Grade 27: Maintenance Supervisor: 12 years of directly related experience in Maintenance, Construction, and/or Facility Operations; Minimum of five years of supervision experience with three years of supervision experience at a DOE Facility. Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required DOE credential. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
Grade 28:
Maintenance Manager I: 15 years of directly related experience in Maintenance, Construction, and/or Facility Operations; Minimum of eight years of supervision experience with five years of supervision experience at a DOE Facility. Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required DOE credential. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
Grade 29:
Maintenance Manager II: Extensive Maintenance, Construction, and Project related experience. Possesses a thorough knowledge of all Maintenance, Engineering, and Facility Operations disciplines, construction technologies and job site management. Minimum of twelve years of supervision experience with eight years of supervision experience at a DOE Category 1 or 2 Nuclear Facility. Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required DOE credential. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
