We are looking for a Trainee Project & Support who is passionate, strategic, collaborative, and has strong execution and communication skills to join us in our Convention & Project Support Team. We are open for applications in our office in Monheim am Rhein.

 

About the role

 

The Trainee Project & Support (m/f/d) role Germany involves coordinating projects and providing

administrative support for the Immunology field team in Germany. It serves as the central point of contact for

organizational matters and reports directly to the Head of Convention Management & Project Support.

This position is limited to 2 years and involves supporting our marketing department in Germany.

 

Who youll work with</strong></p><p> </p><p>You will be closely working with the Head of Convention & Project Support and various internal and external stakeholders. You will be the central point of contact and communication interface for administrative and organizational project support for various teams.</p><p><em> </em></p><p> </p><p><strong>What youll do

 

  • Administrative support for projects and events
  • Material management (concept development, approval, production, distribution, documentation)
  • Obtaining quotations, creating orders and suppliers in SAP, invoice processing
  • Contract management (sponsorships, speakers, consultants, job shadowing, participants); participant management (hotel bookings)
  • Preparation and management of tenders to external agencies
  • Administrative support for Orbit events/ANFs and provision of process overviews
  • Coordination of approval workflows via Source Clear and implementation by partner agencies
  • Filing and documentation of all relevant documents; management of activities in Orbit/e-Request
  • Compliance with internal processes; central communication interface to the Immunology field team
  • Opportunity to take on administrative projects

 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills: 

 

  • Apprenticeship or completed university studies or previous professional experience in similar areas.
  • Experience in rare diseases or neuromuscular diseases is preferred.
  • Experience in Medical Affairs with proven experience in developing and implementing medical strategies for a product portfolio.
  • Strong service orientation and proactivity, combined with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High level of teamwork, cooperation, and empathy, as well as resilience and flexibility
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
