Nous recherchons un.e Shift Leader Media Buffer (Week-End) talentueux.se et motivé.e pour rejoindre notre Belgium Biomanufacturing Operations Center à Braine-L’Alleud, Belgique.

Concernant le rôle :

En tant que Shift Leader Media Buffer, vous jouez un rôle clé afin d’atteindre les objectifs de production. Vous coordonnez les activités de votre équipe, planifiez les tâches et soutenez les technicien.nes de production. Vos responsabilités incluent d’assurer la qualité et le respect des délais de production, d’initier et gérer les notifications HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), qualité et maintenance, et de promouvoir un environnement de travail sûr et de haute qualité. Vous êtes un modèle pour votre équipe, et encouragez un esprit de sécurité et de qualité.

 

 

Vos activités :

  • Réaliser les activités de production selon le planning établi
  • Accompagner et soutenir les technicien.nes sur le terrain
  • Contrôler le respect des paramètres du procédé et l’enregistrement des données brutes
  • Guider, coacher et motiver les technicien.nes de production
  • Encadrer et former les nouveaux.elles engagé.es
  • Organiser et coordonner les activités hebdomadaires de l’équipe
  • Remonter les difficultés et réalisations à la hiérarchie
  • Animer les réunions de coordination de tier 1 et participer aux réunions de tier 2
  • Encoder les situations dangereuses ou les « quality event » dans l’outil Source
  • Participer à la préparation et à la revue des documents de production
  • Encoder les notifications et maintenances de 1er niveau dans SAP PM
  • Autoriser les interventions techniques sur les équipements
  • Communiquer efficacement vers les départements de support
  • Montrer l’exemple en matière de qualité et de sécurité, et faire respecter les règles GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Proposer et mettre en oeuvre des améliorations continues et des actions correctives

 

 

Intéressé.e ? Pour ce poste, vous devez posséder la formation, l’expérience et les compétences suivantes :

  • Bachelier ou équivalent par expérience
  • Précédente expérience dans un environnement de production pharmaceutique
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership avec une précédente expérience en gestion d’équipe
  • Bonnes aptitudes organisationnelles
  • Bonnes capacités d’adaptation et de résistance au stress
  • Engagement envers la qualité et la sécurité
  • Maitrise du Français avec des notions d’Anglais
