We are looking for a curious, analytical and solution-oriented Project & Portfolio Management System Analyst to join our TP&I Programs & Governance team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

 

About the role

In this key position within the PMO organization, you are going to support and continuously improve the Planisware PPM tool (“Integrate”) used by the Patient Supply and QA communities. You will help build clear visibility on projects, programs, milestones, resources and budgets while supporting strong PPM governance.

 

Who you will work with

You will work with a global Patient Supply community of more than 3,000 users, as well as IT, R&D, Finance, HR and functional PMOs, in a collaborative and matrix environment.

 

What you will do

• Act as Business System Owner of the PPM and BI tools for Patient Supply

• Maintain, enhance and test the PPM system based on business needs

• Gather and prioritize functional requirements with stakeholders

• Ensure PPM data quality and governance

• Build dashboards, reports and KPIs

• Train and coach users to strengthen the PPM mindset

• Experience in user training and support

• Fluency in English and French
