We are looking for a Master Data Management Specialist who is collaborative, detail‑oriented and solution‑driven to join us in our I2I Patient Impact Data Operations team, based in our UCB Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
About the role
You will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and executing Master Data Management (MDM) processes that ensure high‑quality, reliable, and compliant customer data across the European and InterContinental business. You will support data quality frameworks, governance structures, and implementation of data solutions that empower the organization to make data‑driven decisions and strengthen operational excellence. This role enables you to shape new data offerings, support digital transformation, and ensure trusted data contributes to improved patient outcomes.
Who you’ll work with
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT colleagues, data architects, analysts, operational teams, and external partners. You will also work with data governance teams, data stewards, business intelligence specialists, and data engineers to align business needs with technical solutions. The role requires cross‑functional and cross‑regional collaboration, ensuring strong integration and clear communication.
