Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Healthcare Professional Partner (HCPP) who is collaborative, strategic, and patient‑focused to join us in our Immunology Business Unit, based in our UCB Pharma S.A. Covering the areas of Asturias, Cantabria y País Vasco.

About the role

Amplifies and strengthens the alignment of UCB therapeutic options with appropriate patients across the assigned territory. Builds strong collaborative relationships with key external stakeholders and deploys tailored omni‑channel solutions to support optimal patient care. Ensures impactful engagement by understanding stakeholder needs and connecting them with the right UCB resources at the right time.

Who you’ll work with

Collaborates closely with cross‑functional colleagues within the Immunology Business and Neurology Patient Value Units. Engages with healthcare professionals, community‑based stakeholders, and multidisciplinary internal teams to coordinate impactful interactions. Works within a matrix environment to ensure seamless communication and alignment toward delivering patient value.

What you’ll do

• Act as single point of contact for HCPs, connecting appropriate UCB resources
• Tailor omni‑channel tools based on individual HCP preferences and behaviors
• Define and execute tactical plans aligned with territory needs and priorities
• Build strong business relationships with key stakeholders in assigned territory
• Match UCB therapeutic options through deep understanding of patient populations
• Coordinate stakeholder management within multidisciplinary, community‑based settings

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare required
• Minimum five years of healthcare‑related sales experience
• Credible understanding of relevant therapeutic areas
• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong medical, scientific and ecosystem awareness capabilities
• Ability to interpret data and support evidence‑based discussions
• Skilled in planning, collaboration, and delivering impactful results
