We are looking for a Digital Technology (DT) Training Lead to join us in our IT Compliance Solutions team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.


About the role
You will be working in a team that ensures colleagues have the skills and knowledge needed to implement, manage and use digital technology safely, confidently and in line with the GxP / Pharma regulatory expectations. In this role, you will design and maintain the global training strategy for the digital technology department, ensuring programs meet both technical learning needs and compliance requirements. You will shape engaging learning materials, track training performance through digital tools, and make sure that all training processes are audit ready. You will be the main point of contact for digital technology training and will guide teams on effective learning solutions that support a continuously evolving environment.

 

Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with experts across digital technology, talent development, quality assurance, and the corporate training network. You will partner with subject matter experts to create relevant learning content and with cross functional teams to coordinate how digital training fits into the wider organizational learning strategy. You will also support managers and employees by answering training questions and ensuring smooth training experiences for all learners.

 

What you’ll do

  • Design and maintain the digital technology training strategy and curriculum
  • Define the strategy for engaging learning materials with subject matter experts
  • Coordinate training plans and ensure timely updates for all learners
  • Use digital learning systems to assign, track and document training
  • Provide clear training communication and support to staff and managers
  • Monitor training completion and effectiveness to drive continuous improvement

 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific, technical or learning related field
  • Experience designing or managing training programs in a technical environment
  • Ability to create clear, engaging training materials with subject matter experts
  • Experience using learning management systems or digital learning tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support diverse learners
  • Experience working with regulated or compliance driven training processes
  • Understanding of GxP regulatory requirement in the pharmaceutical industry (FDA, ICH, EMA, OECD...) is a plus
