We are looking for a Graphic Design & Multimedia Intern who is creative, proactive and detail‑oriented to join us in our Site Support team, based in our UCB Farchim SA office in Bulle, Switzerland

 

About the rôle

UCB is a global biopharmaceutical company specializing in neurology and immunology, headquartered in Brussels, with one of its major manufacturing sites located in Bulle, Switzerland. With more than 9,000 employees across nearly 40 countries — including over 700 in Switzerland — UCB is seeking an intern, preferably for 6 months, to support the deployment of site communication activities.

 

Who you’ll work with

You will join the Site Support department, collaborating closely with communication, sustainability, Early Careers and operational teams. The environment is dynamic, cross‑functional and highly collaborative, offering exposure to a wide range of internal stakeholders and communication initiatives across the Bulle site.

 

What you’ll do

  • Create visuals for the sustainability performance report and presentations  
  • Design panels, posters and slide decks for internal communication    
  • Produce and edit videos for various internal topics 
  • Capture photos and footage for site programs and initiatives

 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Proficiency in graphic design, photo editing and video tools  
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Ability to develop promotional video storyboards  
  • Strong synthesis and organizational skills   
  • Curious, autonomous and eager to learn 
  • French fluent and Good understanding of English
